Musecases prompts

  1. Look through my email receipts and any card or bank statements I share from the last three months and list every recurring subscription or membership you can find. For each one, show the name, how much it costs per month and per year, the last time there's any sign it was actually used, and whether it overlaps with another service. Flag the ones that look unused or duplicated and add up how much I'd save by dropping them. Then give me the exact steps or a short cancellation message for each one I pick. Don't cancel anything or contact anyone until I say which ones.

Car maintenance plan from your mileage

My car is a with about miles, and I drive roughly miles a year. Look up the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for this car and tell me what's due now, what's coming in the next 12 months, and what I can safely skip or delay. Flag any open safety recalls you can find for this model. Give a typical price range for each service, and mark which ones are easy to do myself. End with a short dated checklist and offer to set reminders before each item is due.

Build a seasonal home maintenance plan with gentle reminders

Help me keep my home in good shape without having to remember everything. Home type: . Rough age: . Climate: . Things I have: . 1. Build a simple maintenance calendar grouped by season and by month, covering the systems I listed plus common safety checks (smoke and CO detectors, dryer vent, fire extinguisher). 2. For each task, give one line on why it matters, roughly how long it takes, whether it's a DIY job or one to hire out, and any part or supply to have on hand. 3. Mark the handful of tasks that prevent the most expensive problems. 4. Set up a reminder at the start of each month listing just that month's tasks, and keep it short. 5. Ask me which tasks I already do so you can leave them out. Keep it practical, and tell me plainly when something should be done by a licensed pro.

  4. Help me plan Halloween night. Ask me how old the kids are, what neighborhood or area we'll be in, what time we want to head out and be home, whether we're handing out candy too, and any allergies. Then check the forecast and sunset time and give me a simple plan: a short route idea that stays on well-lit streets with sidewalks, a timeline for dinner, costumes and heading out, a safety checklist (reflective gear or glow sticks, flashlight, a meeting spot if we get separated, checking treats before eating), allergy-friendly treat ideas for our door, and a plan for the candy haul afterward. Keep it short enough to read on my phone that evening.

Turn meeting notes into action items and follow-ups

I'll paste raw notes or a transcript from a meeting below. Turn them into something I can act on today. 1. Write a 3-sentence summary of what was decided. 2. 9. I'll give you a long video I made, like a talk, podcast, or family recording. Watch or transcribe it and find the three strongest 30 to 60 second moments that would work as short clips, with a one-line reason for each. After I pick one, cut it, reframe it to vertical 9:16, add clear, readable captions, and suggest a short title and hook line for the first two seconds. Send me the finished clip to review before I post it anywhere.
