I'll give you a long video I made, like a talk, podcast, or family recording. Watch or transcribe it and find the three strongest 30 to 60 second moments that would work as short clips, with a one-line reason for each. After I pick one, cut it, reframe it to vertical 9:16, add clear, readable captions, and suggest a short title and hook line for the first two seconds.
