Turn meeting notes into action items and follow-ups
I'll paste raw notes or a transcript from a meeting below. Turn them into something I can act on today.
1. Write a 3-sentence summary of what was decided.
2. List every action item as: owner, task, due date (write "no date set" if none was mentioned). Flag any task that has no clear owner.
3. List open questions that nobody answered.
4. Draft a short, friendly follow-up message to the attendees that recaps decisions and action items. Keep it under 150 words. Do not send it; just show me the draft.
5. Point out anything that sounds like a risk or a conflict between what different people said.
Tone for the follow-up: .
