Organize
- My travel plans just changed. Rebook my flights, hotels, and anything else affected, and keep me updated as you fix each piece.
- Watch my location, and when you see I am on my way home, remind me to stop at the post office.
- I took a photo of tangled or damaged wires on a utility pole. File a repair ticket with my utility company using the photo and location, and book the soonest repair slot. Use the same pattern for 311 requests and other neighborhood eyesores.

Turn my I-will-do-it-later pile into first steps
Here is my pile of things I keep putting off: . For each item, figure out the smallest first step that takes minutes or less, and tell me what you can do for me right now (look something up, draft a message, find a form, compare options) versus what needs me. Then sort the list by what is quickest to clear, and suggest when to do each of my parts this week based on my calendar. Do the parts you can do now and show me the results before taking any action that sends, buys, or books something. - Build me a one-page daily newspaper, 'The ___ Times,' delivered as a PDF every morning before 7am: my day's schedule, the most important items from my inbox, local news and weather, and one conversation prompt for me and my spouse. Make it look like a real breakfast-edition front page, not a bullet list.

Find a volunteer spot that fits your schedule
Find volunteer opportunities near that fit . I'm interested in and I'd like . Check local nonprofits, volunteer sites, and community calendars. For each of the top 5, give the organization, what the work involves, time commitment, any age limits or background checks, and the link to sign up. Rank them by how easy it is to start this month, and draft a short intro message I can send to my top pick. Don't sign me up for anything without asking. - Monitor recall notices for my car. When a recall applies, schedule the free repair with my dealership.

Find newsletters I'm done with and draft the unsubscribes
My inbox is full of newsletters I never open. Help me cut them down without deleting anything important. Read only until I approve each step. 1. Scan my email from the last days for newsletters, marketing lists, and automated digests (not one-to-one personal mail). 2. Group them by sender. For each group, show: sender name, how many messages, when I last opened or replied (if you can tell), and a one-line guess of what it's about. 3. Rank them: keep (I use this), maybe, and unsubscribe. Put anything work- or account-related in "ask me" instead of unsubscribe. 4. For the unsubscribe pile, draft a short list of the exact unsubscribe links or reply-to addresses from the messages. Do not click or send anything yet. 5. Show me the ranked list and wait. After I confirm which ones to drop, walk me through or draft each unsubscribe one at a time so I can approve. Never mark mail as spam, delete threads, or change filters unless I explicitly say yes. - Create a plain-text notes file called 'about-me' with my work style, preferences, and recurring tasks, based on a short interview where you ask me 10 questions one at a time. Keep it free of passwords and account numbers. Then show me how to paste it into any other agent so they all start from the same understanding.
