Compare hotels by the real total price and cancellation rules
I'm choosing a place to stay for a trip. Ask me for the destination, dates, number of guests, budget, and what matters most (location, parking, breakfast, quiet, pool, and so on). Find a short list of good options and, for each one, work out the true total for the whole stay including taxes, resort or destination fees, parking, and any cleaning fees. Note the cancellation deadline and whether the cheapest rate is non-refundable. Put it all in a side-by-side table, recommend one, and tell me when the free cancellation window closes. Don't book anything without my OK.
