Every morning, give me a short report on from .
1. The first time, pull the current numbers and save them as the baseline. Ask me which 3 to 5 numbers matter most.
2. Each week after that, compare with the previous week and lead with what changed: the biggest moves up and down, with the actual numbers and percent change.
3. Call out anything unusual, like a sudden drop, a spike, or a number that stopped updating.
4. Keep it under 10 lines. Put the full table at the bottom only if I ask for it.
5. If the source can't be reached, say so plainly instead of guessing numbers.
