Get my inbox to zero without deleting anything

Help me get my email inbox under control safely. Rules: never delete, never send, never unsubscribe me from anything without asking. Archiving and labeling are fine. 1. Look at everything in my inbox older than days. Group it by sender and type (newsletters, receipts, notifications, real people, etc.) and show me the groups with counts before you touch anything. 2. After I say go, archive the bulk groups and apply a simple label to each so I can find them later. 3. List anything from a real person that may still need a reply, with one line on what they asked. 4. Then set up a small morning routine: archive new low-value mail the same way, and only tell me when something genuinely important lands (a real person, a deadline, a bill, a security alert). End by telling me how many messages you archived, how many are left, and what the morning routine will do.
