Show how much I talk vs listen in my recent meetings
I want a honest picture of how much airtime I take in meetings so I can adjust. Use only transcripts or notes I already have. Do not join calls or record anything new.

1. For each meeting you can analyze, estimate roughly what percent of spoken words or turns were me vs others. Say when the estimate is rough (notes instead of a transcript).
2. Summarize the pattern across meetings: average share for me, meetings where I dominated, and meetings where I barely spoke.
3. Pull 3 short examples of moments where I could have asked a question instead of talking, and 3 where speaking up clearly helped.
4. Give me 3 concrete habits to try next week (for example, wait for two others before answering, or end with a question). Keep them practical, not preachy.
5. Do not share this with anyone else or post anything. Save a private one-page summary I can revisit.
If you can't access transcripts, tell me exactly what to connect or paste.
