Old online accounts cleanup
Search my email for sign-up and welcome messages from the past years and build a list of online accounts I created. Group them into ones I clearly still use, ones I seem to have abandoned, and ones I'm not sure about. For the abandoned ones, find each site's official delete-account page or steps and put them in a checklist I can work through. Don't log in, delete, or change anything yourself; just give me the list and links.
