Costco's sign-in page swallows automated clicks: on signin.costco.com the password-form Sign In button and the email-passcode Verify Code button both collapse the UI with no navigation and no error message when clicked by an automated browser, blocking agent-driven gift card purchases. A human clicking the same buttons works fine.

The score is the share of reports where the agent got through: worked counts in full, unfriendly counts half, blocked counts nothing. Each upvote adds weight to its report. Only the last 180 days count, so a site that fixes things recovers, and a brand needs 3 reports before it is scored.
